As a homeowner with Luxus Vacation Properties (LVP), you’re in for an exceptional opportunity with our Homeowner Exchange Program. This program is tailored to create a unique system that allows you, the homeowner, to enjoy luxury stays at various properties, set up and serviced with the same Luxus Standards. 

• YOUR ANNUAL MAXIMUM EXCHANGE VALUE
  You will set the maximum yearly booking value that you are willing to offer or accept for your property, which is important in determining the scope of your participation in exchanges. You have the flexibility to adjust this value, either higher or lower, at any time to align with your evolving property management goals. 
  
• SMOOTH BOOKING PROCESS
  When you select a property for your next Luxus stay, our Homeowner Services Manager will facilitate the booking. They’ll confirm both the availability and whether it fits within your Annual Maximum Exchange Value. 
  
• EARNING TRAVEL DOLLARS
  The beauty of this system lies in its simplicity. For each booking at your property, you earn travel dollars (1 Travel Dollar = $1) equivalent to the booking value. So, if a fellow owner books your property for $7,000, you gain 7,000 travel dollars to use for your next holiday. 
• FLEXIBILITY AND SECURITY
  Your travel dollars are evergreen – they don’t expire as long as our partnership stands. However, if our contract ends, these travel dollars won’t hold any cash value. Once a booking is confirmed at your property, it’s a done deal and cannot be reversed.
