The Neighborhood

Polo Beach 108 is located at the Polo Beach Club, an exclusive beachfront complex on one of Wailea's best swimming beaches. Private and serene, this is one of Wailea’s most established developments with unparalleled beach access. Located next to the Fairmont Kea Lani, which features plenty of dining options within walking distance, and just a short drive from the world-class Shops at Wailea.

• The area is safe to walk, just a few steps to the beach or pool
• 5 minute drive to the world-class Shops at Wailea
• Onsite parking is available for rental cars
• Taxi and Uber available
• The LVP Team can assist with rental cars and shuttle services as requested

This ground floor condominium was phenomenal for our familiy’s trip to Maui! It graciously accommodated our young family of five and we felt like we had everything we needed in the place, and it’s location is unbeatable. To walk out to the beach every morning was a dream and made our trip so enjoyable. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Great location with access to private beach area. Amazing sunsets enjoyed just a few feet from the lanai. Living space is very comfortable with many amenities. Communication with Luxus team was excellent. Ice machine for the fridge wasn’t working, but the team addressed this issue and left bag of ice for us when we returned after a long day of exploring. Very responsive team. They offered concierge services, but we did not use them since we had already made our plans. Of note, there is a fee for early check in and late check out; however, staff was accommodating and waived the fee since we checked in less than an hour early and were exhausted from our travels. Looking forward to staying at this property again. Highly recommended!

I wasn’t sure about booking at Polo Beach Club because of mixed reviews on the age of the building. I’m so glad I booked here. This unit is remodeled and has everything you need. The location is 20/10. Very private and you walk to the beach, which also feels very private (we went during shoulder season). It was incredible to have access to such a secluded beach steps away. The Fairmont is next door and we could easily walk there as well. Anything we needed was close. I’m happy to have traded the amenities of a resort in exchange for what I got with this unit. There was room for my whole family (4 of us). We cooked, played games, went in the water, and just enjoyed Maui and this was the perfect location to do it from. If you stay here, do yourself a favor and rent snorkel gear (super cheap) because you can snorkel from the private beach and many others within 5 minutes - all beautiful calm water, especially in the morning I am a PICKY traveler - and I’ll be returning!

Dream spot

Our son is 1.5yr and having the lawn and immediate beach access was perfect for his 20-30min visits to the beach... the property owner and her concierge partners are the best. Awesome visit.

Excellent Stay

The unit was beautiful. Nicely updated and well stocked. Location is amazing. Just relax sit on the patio and enjoy the view and sound of crashing waves. Property owner and property management company were very responsive to any questions. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. It’s on the ground floor and super easy to find! You can walk out the back door and you’re steps away from the pool and the beach! It’s a perfect location and the view is incredible. The actual house itself was immaculate and had everything you would need. They didn’t miss any details with the property. You’re right next store to a big resort so if you need anything you can walk over to their restaurants or coffee shop/market. The host is super responsive. It was a very peaceful stay and we will definitely be back.

A hidden gem!

You won't find a better view than this unit at Polo Beach. You are steps away from the ocean and the best place on the island to watch sunset. Can't recommend this place enough!

Mahalo!

We stayed at this stunning Polo Beach property for an early Christmas with our family, and it was incredible. The ground floor unit is perfect for quick access to the beach, and is located on the quiet side of the complex. Waking up every morning to the sound of the waves is incredible peaceful. The unit has been fully renovated and offers bright, new finishes, with a great attention to detail. We will definitely be back for our next family vacation.

Exceptional apartment and location.

A number of our friends stayed in this complex and we all absolutely loved the location, right on the beach, walking distance to all the beautiful luxury hotels and resorts. Our apartment though, was particularly gorgeous: beautifully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed from beach towels, to plenty of bedding options, well-lit bathrooms, yoga mats and outdoor furniture. The owners were so easy to contact and helpful! We have made plans to return to the same condo every few years to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Thank you... absolutely outstanding.

Fav Maui property I have ever stayed in!

The location of this property is unbelievable. You walk right out the patio door to the beach, pool or hot tub. The beach is super private and safe for kids to swim, not rocky at all. The condo itself is pristine and no detail is overlooked. Parking and access is safe and easy… nothing like the setup at a huge condo building or hotel. I would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you Polo Beach 108!!
