The private balcony features a dining area, lounge seating, wet bar and BBQ, all set against the soothing backdrop of the ocean and jungle. Located in the quiet gated community of Peninsula Papagayo Resort in Nacascolo, Las Terrazas is nestled amongst the many natural and cultural treasures of Costa Rica. Within a short drive you will find lush rainforests, live volcanoes, wild mountain rivers and tropical beaches.

We want to inform our guests that there will be a roof replacement project taking place at Las Terrazas this spring. The project is scheduled to begin in April and is expected to finish by mid-June. While we're unsure of the exact impact at this time, we’re committed to keeping our guests informed as the project begins. For the most up-to-date information, please feel free to reach out to our reservations team.

In the months of September and October, annual resort maintenance takes place at The Club at Peninsula Papagayo which can result in some amenity closures such as the Prieta Beach Club and the Arnold Palmer golf course. Our rates reflect the amenities available to you during this season and more details will be provided when available. Peninsula Papagayo still has many adventures to offer at this time of year, reach out to our team for more information!

It includes everything you need, from WiFi instructions and house rules to local recommendations and insider tips on the best things to do in the area. As part of this process, guests will be asked to review and sign off on the house rules. Check-in instructions, including keyless entry access are added to the Boarding Pass 24 hours before arrival to ensure a seamless experience.

Costa Rica is one of our favorite travel destinations and all because we were fortunate enough to stay in Peninsula Papagayo. This home has everything you need and more. The perfect set up for anyone but we specifically loved it for our young family. The home is spacious and plenty of room to vacation comfortably with all of the comforts of home, Luxus has it all covered. The private pool within the condo area is awesome and just steps away from the condo. The beach club is an amazing retreat to go and spend the day down at as well. The possibilities are endless and we cannot wait to go back to Costa Rica!

Incredible Views!

My family has had the pleasure of staying at this property multiple times over the years...and it never disappoints. The views are truly unbelievable, and every morning it is tradition to watch the sunrise over the volcanos in the distance. The residence is large and spacious, and the Peninsula Papagayo resort is without a doubt one of the best in the world. It is happy-land there, driving your golf cart to restaurants, to the beach, to golf, to the pools...and where ever! If you haven't been to Costa Rica before, once you go to Papagayo, it is hard to do anything else as it is simply the best!

Incredible property! The entire experience once you entire Peninsula Papagayo is amazing and serene. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, including the kitchen where we cooked the majority of our meals. Our host had our groceries delivered prior to our arrival which was very convenient. The views from the balconies were gorgeous and a beautiful sight to wake up to each morning. The concierge team coordinated a couple of excursions for us which were amazing! We spent a couple of days at the Beach Club which was first class, from the meal offerings to the amenities and overall atmosphere. We stayed for 4 nights and will definitely be coming back!

An extraordinary coastal paradise!

This home was the perfect venue for our first experience in Costa Rica. We loved the Luxus touches. We were treated to all the comforts of home and an amazing view overlooking bay from our balcony. Peninsula Papagayo is a resort like no other. You are surrounded by Costa Rica's natural wonders but with five star amenities. We enjoyed the decadent restaurants and top class beach club, spas and nature tours. Don't miss out on the Bioluminescence tour, such a unique experience that is only available during the new moon! We will definitely be back to explore more of this costal paradise!
