Getting Around

• The area is safe to walk, able to walk to the town or beach in 10-15 minutes or a very short drive

After booking, guests will receive a link to our Luxus Boarding Pass, a comprehensive guide to your stay. It includes everything you need, from WiFi instructions and house rules to local recommendations and insider tips on the best things to do in the area. As part of this process, guests will be asked to review and sign off on the house rules. Check-in instructions, including keyless entry access are added to the Boarding Pass 24 hours before arrival to ensure a seamless experience.

Home Away from Home!

This property is breathtakingly stunning!!! Very serene and safe environment with the early morning sound of birds chirping and howling monkeys. The property, Villa Brisa Del Mar by Luxus is a luxury mansion with an unobstructed view of the ocean & lots of surrounding greenery. Viewing the sun rising in the morning with my coffee was priceless. This is a four (4) bedroom mansion capable of catering to the needs of a large family with children and equipped with the great appliances. I will certainly stay at this property again.

Best Views

This house is amazing! Every room has a large "spa like" bathroom. The kitchen had has high end appliances and is a chef's dream. Our party spent most of our time on the first floor that has a beautiful infinity pool. The third floor is a wonderful deck with the best views; wonderful for sunsets. The home is located in a safe neighborhood with 24 hour security. Helpful tips: Get a golf cart or car. It is a 10-15 min walk into town on a steep road. Have the house stocked with groceries before you get there. There is a charge to do this, but you start your vacation as soon as you get there. We will definitely be back! Pure Vida

Spectacular House and Views

The house along with the views of the ocean and rainforest are amazing!!! We could tell great attention to detail was taken to make sure the house, beds and amenities were best in class. Our family loved going to the beach learning to surf and then watching the sunsets on the third floor balcony. Tamarindo is such a nice friendly place that made my family feel safe with amazing food, great activities and is definitely a place we will be going back to.

Stunning property!

Tamarindo is my new “Happy Place”, and I can’t wait to go back! Brisa del Mar is a stunning property complete with a roof top patio that’s super cool and the perfect place to watch the breathtaking sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. The house is new, classy, and tastefully decorated with so much attention to detail. What I mean by detail is things like an outdoor shower at the entrance of the house to rinse off your sandy feet or just cool off, and another by the pool and a half bath outside near the pool so you don’t have to run inside with wet feet! Seriously, very well thought-out design. Top quality linens, appliances (which includes a Moca Master coffee maker!), hair tools and consumable products make you feel nothing short of pampered. There’s even a Dyson vacuum! The house is impeccably clean and organized and stocked with everything you could possibly need – you instantly feel at home and don’t want to leave. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite and closet and best of all, balcony access! You can enjoy your morning coffee on your own balcony, or by the gorgeous infinity pool, or up on the roof top. SO many options! Then there’s Tamarindo – such a warm, friendly place. I can see why Costa Rica is often called the happies country in the world. It’s like one big, friendly hug being there! So much to see and do. Very cool, quaint little shops & eateries, and amazing restaurants on (and off) the beach. It’s easy to sum it up with Costa Rica’s slogan “Pura Vida” which means “pure life”, a cheerful and simple lifestyle. I might just have to retire there 😊 Love, love , love this place. I highly recommend you put this place on your “Go To” list – you will not regret it. I give Brisa del Mar 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🌞🌴✈Marianne
